is for informational purposes only. The FSHA maintains this website

its members and visitors. Although every effort is made to maintain

accordance with these guidelines.

longer on this site and are subject to the privacy policy of the

GENERAL PRIVACY GUIDELINES
Only the posting of
children's names with pictures will be permitted.
The posting of a child's address, phone number, or e-mail address
on this
website is prohibited.
Generally, there are no restrictions on posting an adult's name
on this website.
The posting of an adult's address or phone number on this website
will be done
only with the adult's permission. Usually, an adult's e-mail address
will be posted
only with the adult's permission; however, an adult's e-mail address
may be
posted when it is generally understood that it is permissible to
do so.
PHOTO PRIVACY GUIDELINES
The pictures on this
website are posted for the enjoyment of the members, their
families, and their friends. The pictures show our enjoyment of
the league activities
and the camaraderie among the players. They also present a positive
image
of the FSHA. All pictures posted on this website will be in good
taste.
Any picture posted on
this website may be downloaded by anyone. The downloading
of pictures from this website CANNOT be prevented.
The following guidelines
for the posting of children's pictures are complex. With the
public nature of the Internet, the privacy of our children is extremely
important.
The following guidelines
will be followed for the posting of children's pictures on this
website:

AS A RULE, ONLY THE NAMES OF CHILDREN WILL NOT BE POSTED WITH PICTURES.
Along
with any information pretaining to the league eg. playing history,
stats etc. *******
Posting of a child's
indentification information such as address, phone
number, or e-mail address with pictures is prohibited.
Captions without children's names may be used with pictures of children,
e.g.,
"View of playing area," "Deep in thought," etc.
Captions must not provide a means
by which a child's identity can be determined.
When requested by parents, a picture of their child posted on this
website will
be removed or if not alone in the picture, the child's face will
be rendered
unidentifiable through photo editing.
Any exception to this guideline requires parental permission.
Although these Photo
Privacy Guidelines apply to numerous situations involving
children, there may be situations arise which were not foreseen
when these
guidelines were promulgated. In such situations, appropriate effort
will be made
to insure the children's privacy.
For adults, the following
photo guidance applies:
Generally, there are

All pictures submitted
for posting are subject to approval by the Webmaster.
Unused digital pictures will be deleted. If requested, actual prints
will be returned
whether posted or not.
